| HISTORICAL MUSEUM OF TROOP-LANDING IN SICILY - 1943 |
| The Museum is situated in the "LE CIMINIERE" CULTURAL EXHIBITION CENTRE in Viale Africa, Catania and represents the historic year of 1943 when the liberation of Europe began with our Island with the military operation code-named "Husky" Those events are retraced in the Historical Museum of Troop-Landing in Sicily in 1943. Film and photo reconstruction of the places, testimonies, arms and uniforms allow you to relive the weeks preceding the armistice of 8th September 1943, signed on the 3rd September at Cassibile.
